At CozyNight, every order is prepared and quality-checked before it leaves our fulfillment partners, so your product arrives ready to use from night one. Here's exactly what to expect after you order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll reach out by email.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
  • Orders under $50: a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 1–3 business days. You can use it to follow your package at every step. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays Outside Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, weather, or peak-season volume. We appreciate your patience if this happens — your order is on its way, and our team is happy to help you track it down.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us at [support@mycozynight.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.

For packages marked delivered but not received, or lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help where we can.
