Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CozyNight product. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note: Our products have an adjustment period — your body may need a few nights to get used to proper alignment. We recommend giving your product a fair trial before deciding to return it. If it's still not right for you within 30 days, we're happy to help.

To start a return, contact us at support@mycozynight.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and items marked as final sale. For hygiene reasons, used personal-care or wellness products may only be returned if defective. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for your current item, and once it's accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@mycozynight.com.
